What owners ask before the first call.

Do I need a technical team to work with you?

No. Most of our clients are 5–50 person businesses with no IT department. We handle the build and the plumbing; your team only needs to tell us how the work is done today and review what the agent produces.

What does it cost?

The audit is free for Florida small businesses. A 60-minute AI advisory call is $195, a two-week strategy sprint starts at $2,500, builds are quoted after the audit, and managed AI operations start at $500 a month, month to month. See pricing.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

It is designed to stop rather than guess. Every agent we build has an exception queue: when a case is unclear or high-stakes, a person decides. During shadow mode nothing goes out without your approval, and every action is logged so you can see exactly what happened.

Is our data safe?

We build on HIPAA-eligible AWS infrastructure, keep access to the minimum each workflow needs, and for healthcare work we sign a BAA where required. We are happy to walk your team or your IT provider through the setup.

Do you only work in Florida?

We are based in Bradenton and work in person across Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and Tampa Bay. We also work remotely with small businesses anywhere in the US.
